Positive: The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Jerry, the driver/all round assitant was always available and very on the ball! The front of house service attendant was very professional and friendly. Meals were excellent, well prepared and presentation was excellent. Food was great quality, excellent variety, good temperature, well balanced. The location is good, close to the airport, but the noise is a bit overwhelming at times with the constant air traffick- which I suppose is to be expected. There is a small shopping center walking distance away as well. I had a 4 night stay so possibly had a bit more time to notice the noise. Staff were always available and happy to help.

Negative: The room was quite cold. Electric blanket did not work. There is no gym - even though the site mentioned that it had a fitness center. The spa and gym was one of the appealing factors that was part of my decision to choose the venue. Most of the items on the spa menu were not available. The spa atmosphere was not as relaxing as it could be, especially having to sit in a cold area for manicures and pedicures. The massage was quite good though. The lady was very friendly. I would suggest attention to the spa and fitness center, otherwise it is misleading. My tea and coffee station was never replenished. It started with only one tea sachet and one coffee sachet and neither was replensihed after my arrival. The rusks/cookies in the jar were soft and tasted old. I did not notice anyone on site that was either a manager or owner, so could not share the experience.

Summary: Great for an overnight stay. Excellent Service from the staff.
